Lexie Glisson Therapy and Wellness LLC

About

Lexie Glisson Therapy & Wellness provides nature-based, experiential psychotherapy and healing services in Boulder and Golden, Colorado. Led by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Equus coach, the practice specializes in Equine-Assisted Therapy, EMDR, and relational therapy. By moving outside the traditional office setting and into the pasture or forest, clients can safely address trauma, anxiety, and boundary challenges. These somatic and mindfulness-driven sessions help individuals break free from people-pleasing patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim their authentic sense of self through a deep, healing connection with nature and animals.
